WeLease: checking quotes across six fields, with sources, clear flags and human review.
A Belgian bicycle leasing company. Dealer quotes (PDF, scan, photo, sometimes sideways) must match the leasing portal line by line across six fields: price, brand, model, colour, size and lock.
What we did
A Kron-X node on site with a read-only connection to the portal and helpdesk. The language model runs entirely on the box; no document leaves the building. It retrieves open lines from the portal, reads the quote and compares the six fields. Matches go through, differences get a flag with a reason, and unreadable content goes to a person.
The design choice
The system does not judge what it has not read. If the size is missing from the quote, it does not guess; the line goes to a person with the reason included.

Data deletion
When the box was removed, everything was deleted and counted, with a signed data deletion statement.
